KBP Bells is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards for quality and service at our Taco Bell. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and coach staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in an AGM role in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and availability to close two nights weekly. Tangible opportunities for growth and a supportive, fast-paced environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility (quick service preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

What You'll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour.
