Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of asphalt distributor or related heavy equipment experience.
• Valid CDL if applicable to the assigned vehicle.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Operate an asphalt distributor truck to apply tack coat and emulsions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment.
• Safely load, transport, heat, and apply asphalt materials per safety rules.
• Set spray bar height and application rate to meet project specs.
• Coordinate with paving crew for timing and application.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and outputs.
