Job summary

XSITE LLC is seeking a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA. This full-time role supports the PA E MS mission and its Tabletop Exercise Series, leading planning, execution, and reporting of complex exercises.

You will coordinate stakeholders across acquisition, engineering, testing, Fleet, and warfare development to translate exercise outcomes into actionable findings guiding C4I investments and fielding decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
5+ years of experience facilitating complex discussions with diverse stakeholders.
7+ years in military exercise planning, systems analysis, or Test & Evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle tabletop exercises from planning to final reporting.
Develop objectives, scenarios, and event plans with stakeholders.
Facilitate multi-day exercises and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
Prepare after-action reports and executive briefings to inform investments and fielding decisions.
