The role reports to the Facility Manager and oversees batching, blending, compression, and coating to ensure safe, efficient, compliant production of high-quality tablets. The position requires a minimum 4 years of machine operation in relevant industries, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with dust, raw materials, and plant-based powders.
• Willingness to travel for two 2-week training deployments in New York.
• Factory-based position with PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pre-compression upstream activities and ensure materials are available for compression and coating.
• Operate, perform preventive maintenance on, and troubleshoot tablet production machinery.
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation per GDP and cGMP.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain production flow and meet schedules.
