Job summary

Probi USA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to accurately process blends into capsule or tablet form, and to set up and operate production equipment in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs. You will help foster a positive, collaborative culture across teams. This full-time role follows a Monday–Thursday schedule, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

with Fridays as needed. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance and to work in a production environment with noise and dust.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and converse in English.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75+ pounds with assistance.
• Experience in production environment preferred.
• Follows GMP, PPE, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate tablet press and encapsulator.
• Set up and run production equipment per SOPs.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor machines and make minor adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production paperwork.
• Train other operators on safe operational procedures.
• Use Redzone for communications and huddles.
• Suggest productivity improvements.
