Hamilton Hotel Washington, D.C. is seeking a diligent restaurant busser to reset dining areas and assist with service throughout all hours of operation.

The role focuses on resetting plates, glassware and silverware, refilling beverages and keeping tables clean and ready for guests. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years in luxury or high-volume dining preferred, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner.
• Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Set tables with napkins, linens and silverware.
• Place tableware on tables and serve water and bread baskets.
• Refill beverages and clear/ reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in dining areas.
• Assist servers and hosts when necessary.
• Sweep and mop restaurant areas at end of shift.
• Maintain a neat and orderly lounge and dining areas.
