Qualifications

• Five years of casino experience with at least three years in a supervisory role in table games.
• Deep knowledge of traditional casino games (Roulette, Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Pai Gow, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• English literacy: read, write, speak, and understand clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hassle-free guest and internal processes across the table area.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Follow all game rules and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures as required.
• Deliver flawless and friendly service by dealers.
• Maintain visibility on the casino floor and welcome customers during shifts.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and report card counting, cheating or marking to authorities when needed.
