Qualifications

• Five years casino experience with at least three in a supervisory role in table games.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional casino games including Roulette, Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Pai Gow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible schedule and swing shifts.
• English proficiency (read, write, speak, understand).

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of assigned table games area.
• Develop dealers' performance and guest service quality.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce responsible gaming and alcohol service standards.
• Walk floors to supervise staff and welcome customers.
• Identify suspicious behavior and report to authorities as needed.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and upheld.
