Qualifications

• Experience as a live game dealer in a casino.
• Strong guest service skills; including ability to converse with guests.
• Positive and outwardly friendly demeanor.
• High energy in a busy, high volume environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun experience by dealing an assigned game per policy and procedures.
• Add to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions.
• Communicate with guests based on guest needs and desires.
• Stay professional in appearance and knowledge of Resort activities.
• Ensure accuracy of the game and resolve guest questions.
• Be ready to move and operate across casino areas.
