Job summary

BlueWater Resort & Casino in Parker, AZ seeks a Relief Table Games Supervisor to oversee all table game activities in an assigned area and to deal cards with precise counts and payouts.

You will supervise dealers, ensure game integrity and compliance with tribal and state regulations, manage payouts and jackpots, track drops, and handle guest concerns while maintaining professional guest service. 21+ and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One or more years’ experience and/or training in table games; one-year supervisory experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Must pass dealer audition and proficiency test.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all table game activities in assigned area.
• Deal and oversee all table games with accuracy and payouts.
• Directly supervise dealers and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state health & safety regulations and casino policies.
• Maintain chip inventories and track table drops and winnings.
