BlueWater Resort & Casino in Parker, AZ is seeking a Relief Table Games Supervisor to oversee all table game activities in an assigned area and to deal cards with precise counts and payouts. The role requires clear adherence to procedures and supervision under standard guidelines.

This part-time position invites an individual who can supervise dealers, maintain game integrity, monitor payouts, and ensure guest service while complying with Tribal, Federal, State regulations and casino policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
One or more years’ experience and/or training in table games; supervisory experience preferred.
Must pass dealer audition and proficiency test.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be 21 years of age and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of a Dealer and, when assigned, duties of Table Games Supervisor.
Supervise dealers and monitor team performance for policy adherence.
Ensure game protection is utilized and inspect cards/equipment.
Maintain guest service while preserving game integrity.
Coordinate opening/closing of games in absence of Shift Supervisor.
Verify and award jackpots and promotional winners.
