Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe's ilani Casino Resort seeks a dedicated table games supervisor to oversee all games in assigned areas. You will enforce procedures, maintain player rating integrity, and ensure security of equipment while communicating with Surveillance.

Responsibilities include promoting guest service, coaching staff, handling guest and employee issues professionally, and coordinating with the shift manager.

Qualifications

• Previous dealer experience with knowledge of multiple table games.

• Endorsements for Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps and Roulette are required.
• Ability to supervise and train staff while enforcing policies.

Position Summary:

Supervises and secures all games in assigned table games/poker gaming areas. Enforces internal controls and commission regulations. Enforces table game procedures. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Player Rating System. Ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keeps clear lines of communication with the Surveillance Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Must have previous work experience as a dealer with multiple game knowledge.
• Endorsements of 3 or 4 main games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps and/or Roulette) is required.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete table games supervisory training.
• Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and be willing to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past supervisor/dual-rate experience is preferred.
• Endorsements of all main games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette) preferred.

Wages:

This role offers a starting wage of $28.01 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
