Job summary

Live! Casino Hotel Greensburg is seeking a Casino Pit Manager to oversee the smooth operation of casino table games. You will supervise pit staff, analyze play for irregularities, and ensure procedures are followed to protect guests and the business.

The role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. A four-year degree and 5–7 years of industry experience are expected, with the ability to obtain the state gaming license.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience as a dealer, floor person, or supervisor with a four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to acquire and maintain the State Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth operation of the casino table games under the Casino Shift Manager.
Supervise and evaluate Dual-Rate Pit Managers, Floor Supervisors, Dealers, and Dual-Rate Dealers.
Advise other departments to ensure success of table games and company-wide goals.
Supervise pit operations, ensure correct procedures, and manage staff in the pit area.
Monitor player activity, markers, ratings, and rundowns for the entire pit.
Analyze customer play for cheating, scams, or unusual variations of play.
Maintain base data in the tracking system and review staffing levels.
Delegate authority and assign responsibilities across the pit.
Develop staff through interviews, hires, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
