Qualifications

• AA degree in Business Administration or 5+ years supervisory/management in card games
• 7+ years experience in card dealing and dealer training
• Knowledge of gaming compact, MICS, TRICS, Gaming Regulations, and cheat scams
• Valid driver's license and be insurable through casino insurance
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral and written skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety/maintenance documents
• Computer literate with Word and Excel
• Able to obtain gaming license from Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission

Responsibilities

• Develop annual department budget, capital expenditures, marketing/promotional plans, and staffing needs
• Review and monitor financial analysis of Table Games
• Keep up with industry innovations and technology
• Ensure compliance with casino policies and procedures
• Safeguard casino assets with surveillance and compliance
• Coordinate with Purchasing Agent on Table Games equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with manufacturers to stay current on games and guest preference
• Plan facility expansions to meet guest demand
• Support promotions with Casino Marketing Director
• Maintain staffing levels through hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and discipline
• Protect confidentiality of casino business information
• Model professional behavior and guest service
• Attend required training and certifications
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned
