Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager to support day-to-day table games operations. You will supervise dealers, monitor compliance and guest service, and assist the Shift Manager with gaming operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing count table inventories, chip replenishment, card issuance, and enforcing AML and currency reporting requirements while delivering excellent guest experiences in a busy casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years Table Games experience or equivalent in card room operations.
• Ability to differentiate cheque color and values.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.
• Oversees and maintains integrity of Table Games activity.
• Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games.
• Approves and oversees count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Facilitates replenishment of chips.
• Supervises issuance of cards.
• Instructs personnel on table assignment.
• Ensures compliance with federal currency reporting requirements.
• Handles minor guest complaints.
• Assists Shift Manager with gaming operations.
• Can perform duties assigned by Shift Manager.
• Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Complies with ACRM and ACPS internal controls, SOPs, and tribal regulations.
