Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Dealer Supervisor responsible for overseeing dealer activities and delivering the Five Star Experience to guests and team members. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as dealer and/or supervisor preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming industry and tracking systems beneficial.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; Tribal gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dealer activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members.
• Coach and develop dealers to meet service standards and Five Star Experience.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, MICS and tribal regulations; protect casino assets.
• Maintain integrity of games and proper rack management; coordinate with surveillance.
