Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of table games and staff, ensuring smooth gameplay and guest service. The role requires leadership to maintain compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.

The starting rate is $37.71 per hour. Minimum 21 years old with 2+ years of casino operations experience or equivalent training is required to join our team and contribute to a dynamic entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealer performance to ensure games are dealt accurately and service standards are met.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust open table games as needed and observe high limit activity.
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players per departmental policy.
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment.
• Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure procedures are followed.

THE STARTING RATE: $37.71

The Day-to-day

• Oversee dealer performance to ensure games are dealt accurately, service standards are met, verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure procedures are followed
• Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed, of unusual high limit play activity and if damage or tampering of equipment is suspected
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policy
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment
• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
