Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino operations or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealer performance to ensure games are dealt accurately and service standards are met.
• Monitor guest flow and notify management for adjustments to open table games or unusual high-limit activity.
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players in accordance with departmental policy.
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and maintain card/dice and gaming equipment.
• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure procedures are followed.
