The position emphasizes guest service, prize handling, and adherence to game rules in a lively entertainment setting. You will greet guests, assist in opening/closing tasks, manage cash and prizes, and help ensure games are well-maintained and ready for play.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide guest service
• Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times
• Encourage arcade game play to guests and knowledgably answer any questions
• Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use
• Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded
• Maintain proper security of all prizes
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes
• Receive cash and disburse change

THE JOB:

As a Games Operator, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests and provide guest service
• Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times
• Encourage arcade game play to guests and knowledgably answer any questions
• Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use
• Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded
• Maintain proper security of all prizes
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes
• Receive cash and disburse change

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a least 18 years of age required
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred
