Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Detroit, Michigan seeks a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead table game operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will reconcile table accounts, monitor dealer performance, and maintain equipment integrity to deliver a premier gaming experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in casino operations with supervisory or dealer background and must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of casino operations experience.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Dealer experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer performance to ensure accurate dealing and high customer service.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust open tables as needed.
• Observe, evaluate and rate players per policy.
• Maintain bankroll levels to support play.
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and maintain equipment.
• Verify documents and ensure procedures are followed.
• Notify Pit/Shift Manager of unusual activity or tampering.
