Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino operations or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee dealer performance to ensure games are dealt accurately, service standards are met and procedures followed.
- Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed, or unusual high-limit activity is observed.
- Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively in accordance with policy.
- Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate play.
- Reconcile table accounting accurately and maintain gaming equipment and documents.
- Verify the accuracy of all documents and adherence to procedures.
