Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of all required table games and be certified by Table Games management before being scheduled to work.
• Initial training will be provided.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous dealing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deal table games in accordance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
• Control the pace of the games, pay winning bets and collect losing bets according to house rules.
• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
• Maintain awareness of game activity and safeguard company assets.
• Change gaming supplies (cards, dice) when needed.
• Maintain proper table bank through fills and credits.
