Resorts World New York City is seeking a Table Games Dealer I to deal assigned games and provide a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. This evergreen position requires licensing and a strong customer focus.

You will shuffle, deal, collect bets, sign paperwork, and communicate with floor managers while adhering to NYSGC rules and company policies. Must be 18+, with a valid license or in training, and possess a Table Games dealing certificate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed at minimum 1 of the five core games and enrolled in a second core game or 2 core games one of which must be Blackjack.
• Must be enrolled in or have obtained a Table Games dealing certificate through a Dealer training facility approved by the NYSGC.

Responsabilités

• Deal table games assigned in a proficient and speedy manner.
• Provide courteous service to patrons and team members.
• Shuffle cards in a timely manner and maintain game pace per casino standards.
• Pay and collect wagers according to policy.
• Sign fills, credits, and related documents.
• Inform relieving dealers and supervisors of pertinent information.
• Issue chips for cash buy-ins or credit per company policy.
• Maintain control of shoe, cards, dice and float; keep visual contact.
• Adhere to NYSGC rules, regulations and Internal Controls.
• Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
