Responsabilidades

• Supervises the operation of a specified amount of table games on assigned shift.
• Maintains high quality guest service standards and player development.
• Ensures games move at an appropriate pace, with proper spreads, limits and staffing.
• Informs Shift Managers of noteworthy or unusual activity and facilitates information flow.
• Assists in training and evaluation of subordinate employees fairly.
• Understands pit accounting procedures and supervises related tasks.
• Maintains knowledge of local gaming laws and internal controls.
