Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Floor Supervisor/Dealer to manage Table Games operations on site. You will supervise dealers, issue cards, and oversee chip handling while ensuring AML compliance and accurate cash transactions.

The role requires passing a dealer audition and proficiency test, plus English communication and prior experience. This position is based in a casino environment with physical demands and shift work.

Qualifications

• Must pass Dealer audition and proficiency test.
• Must communicate in English.
• One or more years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Table Games, deals cards, sells chips and pays customers.
• Monitors subordinates for policy adherence and performance.
• Approves and oversees table inventory counts before/after shifts.
• Supervises issuance of cards and chip replenishment.
• Handles guest complaints and maintains game integrity.
