Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to assist in daily operations, supervise dealers, and ensure policy compliance in a casino setting. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience, good English communication, and the ability to manage cash and gaming tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dealer or floor supervisor preferred.
• Ability to differentiate cheque colors and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Manager with gaming operations.
• Supervise dealers and ensure compliance with casino policies.
• Oversee count table inventory and chip replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with AML and currency reporting requirements.
• Handle guest complaints as needed.
