Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year previous dealing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from Dealers school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.
• Check for proper identification of patrons under 35 years old.
• Deal a minimum of three games, including Roulette.
• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Report unusual or suspicious activities to a supervisor.
• Maintain correct dealing standards and payout accuracy.
• Accurately exchange currency for chips.
• Ensure wagers are placed before dealing, and announce outcomes.
