Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Nashua, New Hampshire is hiring a Table Games Floor Supervisor for Gate City Casino. This role oversees daily table game operations, enforces rules, and ensures a smooth, professional guest experience.

The position offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement. Must be 21+, able to obtain a gaming license, and have supervisory and poker dealing experience; weekend/overtime availability required.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and 6 months of professional poker dealing experience.
Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various games offered at the facility.
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Make table decisions as necessary based on rules.
Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures.
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players.
Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays.
