Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel in Missouri is hiring for a Table Games Supervisor role. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with day-one benefits and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

You will supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with game procedures, manage payouts, and maintain paperwork. Strong English communication and customer service are essential to delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to coordinate with team members at all levels.
  • Able to perform basic math to figure payoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage staff in the Table Games department.
  • Follow game procedures and trainings for Blackjack, Carnival Games, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and variations.
  • Coordinate scheduling with management and address concerns with guest satisfaction.
  • Share accountability for engaging all team members with supervisors.
  • Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment with care.
  • Maintain paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication for Table Games.
  • Monitor cash transactions and ensure correct payouts per procedures.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with their fellow peers in training, respective course instructors and supervisors, and all departmental and company leaders for River City Casino & Hotel.
  • Follows game procedures and trainings when dealing Blackjack, Carnival Games, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of table games.
  • Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Table Games department.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager regarding any concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Shares responsibility of the overall engagement of all team members with Casino Operations Assistant Shift and/or Shift.
  • Responsible for the accountability of the chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment.
  • Assists in the maintenance and processing of all paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication pertaining to the Table Games department.
  • Monitors chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers and ensures that proper payout amounts are paid to customers, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.
