Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Cross Lanes, West Virginia, hosts a Dealer Training School for individuals aiming to become Table Games Dealers at Mardi Gras. You will gain dealer knowledge, improve math and technical skills, and begin a rewarding hospitality career.

Paid training starts November 16. Day shifts may vary if a full-time dealer role is offered. After training, candidates must pass tests and obtain a West Virginia Lottery license to move into aDealer position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain West Virginia gaming license.
• Ability to attend offsite training and obtain training certificates.
• Strong math and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic dealer concepts and table game operations.
• Shuffle and place cards as directed.
• Explain payouts and odds for each game.
• Maintain pace and flow of the game and ensure smooth dealing.
• Develop game security skills and observe for irregular play.
