Delaware North is seeking full-time and part-time Table Games Dealers to join Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a tipped Table Games Dealer, you will deal blackjack, craps, roulette and other games, delivering prompt, friendly service with high accuracy and integrity.

This role offers weekly pay, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. You must be 21+ and able to obtain a state gaming license with at least one year of poker dealing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino table games and strong guest service.
• Ability to deal multiple table games accurately and efficiently.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Deal cards to players according to established rules.
• Announce winning hands and pay winning bets.
• Verify chip/money balances and supporting documents.
• Exchange currency for chips and monitor game progress.
