Program runs at Harrah's Joliet with a 7-week schedule, 4 hours per day. The position starts January 5, 2027 and is paid at $20.00 per hour. The role is on-call and includes benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a positive attitude and demonstrate effective teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must be able to perform basic math quickly.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public; ability to speak distinctly and persuasively.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts or stressful customer interactions.
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by learning core games.
• Deal games in accordance with internal controls and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies and gaming procedures.
• Protect and control the game.
• Exchange currency for chips and pay or collect bets accurately.
• Present oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment.
• Present a polished, professional, service-minded image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
