Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Hammond in Indiana is seeking team members to learn poker games and customer skills in line with established policies. You will learn to open a game at an assigned table, count contents, verify counts, inspect cards or dice, and sign off with a supervisor.

You will also learn to deal Table games and Live Poker, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, if applicable.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Visually acuity-distinguish colors, shapes etc
• Ability to have professional interactions with guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push objects up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, stretch, turn, push, pull, and grasp repetitively.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to bright/flashing lights
• Ability to tolerate fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Must be able to work in a seated/standing position for extended periods
• Must be able to tolerate large crowds/high traffic
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations
• Must be able to communicate in a loud environment.
