Job summary

Bally's Atlantic City Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ seeks a disciplined, customer-focused Casino Dealer to conduct assigned games, maintain pace, and greet guests with a warm, professional approach.

Responsibilities include coordinating with fellow dealers, verifying credit procedures, handling chips accurately, and following established service standards. The role may involve supervisory duties with added pay; must hold NJ Dealers School certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent.

• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Follows Bally’s established service standards
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

When Acting as a Supervisor:

• Ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision.
• Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area.
• Maintains awareness of activity on games in area of supervision; settles disputes that may arise, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Verifies issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures.
• Motivates dealers to provide superior customer service while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace.
• Directly responsible for customer service objectives.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees.
• Conveys positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the guest interaction.
• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $7.00 Hourly plus tokes an additional $28.125 per hour when worked as a supervisor
