Responsibilities include dealing blackjack, roulette, baccarat and other table games, recognizing irregularities, following Title 31 procedures, and delivering 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires certified dealer training and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and quick mental calculations with accurate payouts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Deals blackjack, roulette, baccarat and other table games as assigned.
• Maintains hands-per-hour and follows house rules and payout procedures.
• Sells chips, handles drops, and deposits currency securely.
• Explains game rules clearly and engages guests to deliver great service.
• Monitors play for irregularities and reports concerns to supervision.
• Maintains game integrity and complies with Title 31 and internal controls.
• Works flexible shifts in a 24/7 casino environment.
