Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Table Games Supervisor with dual rate responsibilities in a Nevada casino. The role involves dealing games, managing chips and markers, and ensuring compliance with procedures while delivering professional guest service.

Compensation includes $12.00 per hour plus a token-based incentive and a sign-on bonus based on multi-game expertise (Baccarat, Roulette, Craps). This is a full-time on-site position in South Lake Tahoe, NV.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).
• Must be 21+ years old to work in this position.

Responsibilities

• Exchange chips for currency and drop currency into the drop box using a paddle.
• Ensure equipment is in good repair and ready for play.
• Provide game instructions to guests when requested to encourage activity.
• Deal games by collecting and paying bets, protecting the game, and reporting transactions as required.
• Comply with dealing procedures and safety policies and regulations.
• Check the accuracy of fills delivered to the table and sign for all files or markers.
