Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Table Games Dealers for Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will deal blackjack, Craps, Roulette and other games, ensuring wagers are placed and paying winnings with precision.

This tipped role requires 21+, state gaming license eligibility, and at least one year of poker dealing experience. The job offers weekly pay, training and development, employee discounts, and flexible schedules, with potential health and other

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of professional poker dealing experience in a similar setting and dealing with similar games.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Must demonstrate the standard level of skills and performance in poker games offered at the facility.
Must be able to provide good guest service and train/coach others in these skills.
No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Ensure wagers are placed before cards are dealt and deal cards to players per rules.
Announce winning hands and pay winning bets.
Verify starting/ending chip and money balances and supporting docs.
Receive fills and distribute credits; exchange cash for chips.
Monitor the game and report disputes or issues to the supervisor.
