Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time and part-time Table Games Dealers for Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, WV. As a tipped Table Games Dealer, you will deal blackjack, craps, roulette and more with prompt service, accuracy, and guest focus.

This is a tipped position with an hourly minimum that does not include tips. The role includes weekly pay, training opportunities, discounts, and flexible schedules, with full benefits available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum 1 year of professional poker dealing experience in a similar setting
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills in the poker games offered at this facility

Responsibilities

• Deal cards to players according to established rules and regulations
• Announce winning hands and pay winning bets
• Verify beginning and ending chip/money balances with supporting documentation
• Receive fills and distribute credits and exchange currency for playing chips
• Monitor the game and notify supervisor of disputes or concerns with guests or progress of the game
