Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a part-time Poker Dealer at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will deal cards, manage wagers, and provide prompt, courteous service to poker players during shifts that include weekends and evenings.

This tipped position offers weekly pay and access to benefits. A state gaming license is required, you must be 21 or older, and prior poker dealing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional poker dealing experience in a similar setting.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deal cards to players and ensure wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
• Announce winning hand to players and pay winning bets.
• Verify beginning and ending chip and money balances and confirm supporting documentation.
• Receive fills, distribute credits, and exchange paper currency for playing chips.
• Monitor game and notify supervisor of any concerns.
