Job summary

Eureka-Casino-Resort in Mesquite, NV is seeking a Table Games Dealer to provide a fun and entertaining environment for guests while maintaining game protection and following all policies. You will report to the Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager, deliver quality customer service, learn the games offered in the Table Games Pit, and accurately handle bets with strong math skills.

A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of dealing experience are required; English fluency is essential;

• Must be able to work any assigned times, varied schedule or extended hours when necessary.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Fluency in English required. Ability to speak Spanish and other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager.
• Provides quality customer service and maintains a safe and friendly environment for guests.
• Safeguards assets of the Table Games Department.
• Must be able to learn the games offered in the Table Games Pit, as well as betting limits and game procedures.
• Immediately reports any customer disputes to the Supervisor.
• Communicates the status of tables effectively to the Floor Supervisors.
• Must follow internal procedures and attendant regulations.
• Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations correctly when paying bets.
• All other duties as assigned.
