Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a table games dealer to oversee Pit Area operations and provide guests with superior service. You will ensure efficient, compliant play and protect casino assets while dealing all table games as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising Pit Staff, reviewing cards, resolving disputes, and staying current with Title 31 gaming laws. You will join a team committed to a high standard of guest satisfaction within a regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Casino experience is required.
• Proficient in Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, 3 Card Poker and 4 Card Poker.
• Current Title 31 Regulation experience is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must have current OLCC card.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Administrative/clerical experience is required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation's skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent service approach when dealing with guests.
• Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

• Issues playing cards and reviews them for irregularities and authorizes changing large bills for customers.
• Monitors table games to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Internal Controls.
• Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge on Title 31, gaming laws, and Internal Regulations.
• Resolves or refers to management customer disputes, concerns, complaints, ensuring continuous efforts are made to provide Resort guests with superior service.

The Position

Oversees card games in the Pit Area on an assigned shift, providing the Resort guest with superior service and encouraging return business. Ensures efficient, profitable operations, while operating the department in compliance with all-applicable laws and regulations. Protects company assets located in the table games area of the operation. Will deal all table games as needed. Duties are but not limited to:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 1 - 3 years of casino experience required.
• Proficient in Blackjack, Craps and Roulette, 3 Card Poker, and 4 Card Poker.
• Current Title 31 Regulation experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must have current OLCC card.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Administrative/clerical experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
