Job summary

Integra-Testing-Services in Georgia is seeking an on-site TAB Operations Supervisor to lead field execution, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and quality across TAB projects.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, read drawings, manage data collection, and travel to client sites, applying NEBB or AABC standards where possible. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on expertise in TAB operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on TAB experience and field supervision.
• Experience mentoring and training entry-level technicians.
• Able to travel to client sites with a valid driver’s license.
• NEBB or AABC certification preferred; strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAB field execution on assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
• Serve as the field issues point person, coordinating with PMs, Operations Managers, and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to entry-level technicians.
• Assist with onboarding, performance coaching, and skills development for field staff.
• Enforce safety policies, jobsite protocols, and company procedures.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, control schematics, and specifications to direct field tasks.
• Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and report completion.
• Identify project deviations and collaborate with PMs to resolve issues in the field.
• Support scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource planning for field crews.
• Maintain jobsite quality control and calibration of equipment and tools.
• Conduct job walks and pre-task planning for upcoming work.
• Assist with material orders and coordination of third-party vendors as needed.
