Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects and work teams, preferably TAB/HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints; proficient with MS Office 365 and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate TAB projects from kickoff through closeout (scheduling, delivery, and scope management).
• Plan and manage project scope, labor, scheduling, and resources with field technicians.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and report status on schedule, labor, and financial performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate tools, PPE, equipment, and materials for field execution.
• Review and prioritize deliverables to meet contractual requirements.
• Identify change orders or scope changes not in the original contracts.
• Participate in job meetings and support smooth closeout and documentation.
