Job summary

Integra Testing Services, LLC seeks a proactive TAB project manager to oversee testing, adjusting and balancing projects across government, commercial and institutional facilities in Hawaii. You will lead from kickoff through closeout, coordinating field technicians, customers and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a business or engineering degree or 3 years of TAB/HVAC project management experience, strong blueprint reading, MS Office 365 proficiency, and

• Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects and work teams, preferably in TAB, HVAC, or mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned TAB projects, from scheduling through final delivery.
• Plan and manage project scope, labor, scheduling, and resources in coordination with field technicians.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates related to schedule, labor, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate required tools, PPE, equipment, and specialty materials to support field execution.
• Review and prioritize deliverables to meet customer and contract requirements.
• Identify change orders, extra work, or scope changes not included in original contracts.
• Participate in job meetings and support smooth project closeout and documentation.
