Job summary

EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team seeks a TAAG Manager to help clients manage complex accounting issues across consolidation, joint ventures, IPOs, and more. You’ll work with FAAS and audit teams, interacting directly with clients across the US, and gain exposure to technical accounting at a rapid pace.

You’ll collaborate across service lines, develop strategic recommendations, and leverage a broad client network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, CPA, and at least 5 years’ public accounting/audit experience.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Understanding of US GAAP.
Exposure to complex technical accounting topics is a plus.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of high-performing colleagues.
Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues.

Responsibilities

Think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to build relationships and identify opportunities for clients to benefit from our knowledge in other areas.
Occasional travel to meet with key clients, some of whom are leaders in their fields.
