Job summary

EY’s TAAG Manager role in the FAAS practice offers a unique opportunity to lead technical accounting advisory across diverse clients in a hybrid work setting. You will guide teams through consolidation, joint ventures, IPOs, revenue recognition, derivatives, and SEC reporting while mentoring colleagues and delivering high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years in public accounting, with strong writing, presentation, and project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA certification; at least 5 years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP
• Exposure to or interest in complex technical accounting topics is a plus
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues including regulations and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet to develop answers to complex issues and challenge existing practices
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless service
• Build relationships and identify opportunities for clients to benefit from EY’s knowledge across services
• Occasional travel to meet with key clients
