Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter for a CONTRACT position (up to 6 months). Although this position is remote, candidates who live in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina and Florida are preferred since some travel to various locations may be needed.

As a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, you will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for plant leaders, site managers, supervisors, and technical roles, keeping a white glove experience for candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, including Corporate.
• Experience working in an ATS, esp. Avature, is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, field-based, or other fast-paced environments is REQUIRED.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines, including Corporate.
• Experience working in an ATS system, esp. Avature, is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, field-based, or other fast-paced environments is REQUIRED.
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have strong sourcing skills.
• Must be comfortable managing high-volume recruiting.
