Cast & Crew in California is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the TA function, overseeing the systems, reporting, and employer brand execution that enable the recruiting team to operate at scale.

This role suits an experienced TA operations professional who brings strong operational instincts, systems aptitude, and a drive to execute, maintain, audit, and continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, senior recruiting coordination, or HR operations.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and ability to configure for efficiency.
• Proven experience owning operational reporting and dashboards; advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Strong process orientation with ability to design scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Experience managing and auditing employer brand content across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and career sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize ATS workflows, configurations, templates, and permissions for recruiter efficiency and data integrity.
• Lead TA reporting and analytics, including dashboards tracking time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics.
• Develop and scale TA processes and playbooks for codified, repeatable practices.
• Standardize intake meeting templates, interview scorecards, and job ad frameworks with TA team.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT on system integrations and troubleshooting for a seamless recruiting tech ecosystem.
• Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness across TA systems.
