Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, Programs & Reporting in Austin. You will drive recruiting program design, operational cadence, and reporting infrastructure while hands-on building processes for scaling TA functions.

You will lead a coordination team, own interview logistics, onboarding, and training, and partner with leadership to turn recruiting data into actionable narratives for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting programs, or recruiting systems/reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience directly managing people, preferably in recruiting or talent operations.
• Proven track record implementing and integrating new programs, processes, or tools in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination and operating cadence of the recruiting team, including interview logistics and scheduling workflows.
• Establish workflows, SOPs, and policies to keep cadence consistent as the team scales.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to coordinators and ops personnel.
• Set performance standards, manage capacity, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Plan for future operations growth, onboarding, and management of an IC Reporting Analyst.
• Design, launch, and manage recruiting programs and events from concept to execution.
• Scale recruitment training for managers and interviewers, including onboarding.
• Own centralized repository of enablement and training content.
• Build and maintain recruiting metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Own recruiting systems, data integrity, vendor relationships, and integrations.
• Establish data governance across systems and reporting.
