Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring an Talent Acquisition & Internal Hiring Operations Coordinator to support the screening, scheduling, and internal mobility processes across the talent lifecycle.

You will coordinate pre-employment screening, manage communications with candidates and hiring teams, and maintain accurate records in ATS systems. The role requires strong organizational skills and proactive collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or high-volume administrative operations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; HR coursework is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Screening coordination: manage pre-employment screening processes.
• Candidate communication: primary contact for screening status.
• Process management: follow up on screening results with candidates/vendors.
• New hire communications: initiate and track onboarding information.
• Data & systems management: maintain confidential ATS records.
• Internal mobility coordination: oversee end-to-end internal hiring lifecycle.
• Full-lifecycle recruiting support: assist recruiters with scheduling and candidate communications.
• Backup interview scheduling and admin tasks when needed.
